WELDING THE FUTURE WITH INNOVATIVE SOLUTIONS AT AUTOMATICA IN MUNICH
Panasonic Factory Solutions Europe, a division of Panasonic Connect Europe and a leading company in robot & welding technology, will be showcasing its portfolio at automatica in Munich, Germany, from June 21st – 24th, 2022. Visitors will be able to experience robot and welding performance live.
Panasonic’s iWNB (integrated Welding Network Box) addresses future needs by making production digital and visible - helping to increase productivity, quality, traceability, and maintainability. All information about the welding robot and process is collected, accumulated, and analysed. iWNB helps ensure stable production while improving overall productivity.
To improve the welding process, it is essential to check the welding bead quality with a reliable inspection method. Panasonic’s Bead Eye delivers a large knowledge database which is pre-set and can learn continuously to avoid any failure in welding production. A cost-saving solution, enhancing traceability and automating visual inspection.
LAPRISS (Laser Processing Robot Integrated System Solution) was the start and will be supplemented with Panasonic's Blue DDL technology. The Blue Direct Diode Laser is applicable not only to metal cutting and welding, but also to next generation thermal processing fields such as 3D printing, surface processing, and multi material processing for nonferrous metals. Laser spin technology combined with higher flexibility.
Iván Rodrigo Flor Cantos, European Marketing Manager at Panasonic Factory Solutions, said: “Panasonic offers a complete solution for its customers, bringing together the robots, software, welding technology and tailormade welding application cells to meet any customer needs. As a one-stop provider and a strong trusted partner, we are looking forward to welcoming all visitors to automatica Munich 2022.”
