MEET THE WORLD’S SMALLEST, LIGHTEST AND QUIETEST 20,000LM LCD PROJECTOR
Bracknell, UK. 1st March 2022: Ideal for corporate meetings, lecture theatres and hybrid environments, Panasonic today announced the world’s smallest, lightest and quietest 20,000lm LCD projector[1]. The PT-MZ20K offers cost performance and impressive image quality in well-lit rooms and over IP cameras to remote viewers.
With a compact, easy-to-handle 22.3kg (49.2lbs) chassis and quiet operation (36dB), the projector blends into the room. Panasonic’s exclusive time-saving technologies reduce installation complexity, effort and cost - making the PT-MZ20K a smart choice for value-conscious customers.
For the perfect balance of high brightness and rich colour, the PT-MZ20K has a tuned optical engine featuring new 1-inch LCD panels. Pure White Generator harnesses extra light to improve colour accuracy for vivid and engaging image presentation. Combined with Dynamic Contrast, which analyses video and adjusts light output to suit contrast requirements, images remain clearly visible at the back of the room, as well as for remote participants.
Easy to install and integrate, two 4K input-signal and CEC Command-compatible HDMI® inputs enable ON/OFF control of the source device or Panasonic’s Wireless Presentation System, PressIT. Further time savings come with the NFC function, which supports IP set-up without AC power; the Smart Projector Control app with auto-focus via smartphone camera; preactivated upgrade kits for Geometry Manager Pro; and Information Monitor to display status on Standby.
Compatible with a wide range of optional Panasonic lenses, such as the zero-offset ET-EMU100 Ultra-Short-Throw Zoom Lens, the PT-MZ20K can also be used for digital signage or in museums and entertainment venues.
Stress-free reliability and efficiency are delivered by the Multi-Laser Drive Engine and Panasonic’s unique sealed liquid-cooling and phosphor-wheel cooling systems. The reusable air filter and laser light-source are maintenance-free for 20,000 hours. Failover Circuitry prevents brightness loss from diode failure, while Backup Input prevents screen-blanking to provide greater peace of mind in mission-critical situations.
The PT-MZ20K projector will be available in December 2022. For more information visit, https://business.panasonic.co.uk/visual-system/pt-mz20kl-lcd-laser-proje...
Alongside the PT-MZ20K, Panasonic today also introduced the world’s smallest and lightest 3-Chip DLP 4K projector with 20,000lm, available from September 2022. The PT-RQ25K Series is 40% smaller and 35% lighter than its predecessor, making it ideal for seamless integration into fixed installations at themed or location-based entertainment attractions and for easy set-up and handling in rental and staging operations.
