Toughbook Innovation Forum Success Continues With Latest ‘Toughbook On Tour’ Event
October, 25th
TOUGHBOOK On Tour’ enable regional emergency services customers to get hands-on with the latest TOUGHBOOK devices and gain insight into the latest solutions for the public sector.
Panasonic Mobile Solutions Business Division’s latest ‘TOUGHBOOK on Tour’ event takes place in Edinburgh on 26th October, following a tremendously successful first event in Belfast in June. With Panasonic’s UK customers and prospects based across the entirety of the United Kingdom, ‘TOUGHBOOK on Tour’ enables them to hear first-hand from Panasonic TOUGHBOOK’s management, engineering team, and factory representatives from Japan, in their region.
The full-day sessions are a great opportunity for customers and prospects from across the spectrum of the emergency services and blue-light sectors – and beyond – to discuss shared IT and technology issues in one place. Utilising an open-forum approach, the event looks at how these problems can be addressed using the latest Panasonic TOUGHBOOK devices and additional tailor-made solutions.
This is based entirely on customer and end-user feedback, which is a key component of the full-day events. These include an idea of TOUGHBOOK’s strategy and product roadmap, TOUGHBOOK products and services updates, TOUGHBOOK Lifecycle insights, customer networking, and an overview of its managed services, public sector, and enterprise solutions.
Will Holmes, Business Manager (Public Sector), Panasonic TOUGHBOOK, comments: “The level of innovation on show at our regional events is unbelievable; it’s great to see so many end users across blue-light sectors come together and focus purely on the technology and the TOUGHBOOK Team that support them to streamline their operations, be more efficient, and ultimately, make a difference to people they serve – the public. Panasonic is proud to be able to offer this to its customers and prospects, helping them become leaders within their own organisations on how to solve increasingly complex problems with innovative technology solutions.”
Further ‘TOUGHBOOK on Tour’ events are planned between now and March 2024 across the UK. Due to the success of Panasonic’s quarterly regional events, and overwhelming customer demand, the Panasonic TOUGHBOOK Innovation Forum will also return for a three-day event in April 2024 at the De Vere Wokefield Estate in Berkshire, with more details to be announced soon.
