Panasonic presenteert een preview van de 4K 50p PTZ remote camera tijdens InfoComm

Panasonic heeft de ontwikkeling van de AW-UE150 aangekondigd. Deze nieuwe 4K-geïntegreerde remote camera voor 4K 50p-opnames is een primeur in de PTZ-uitzendklasse. Met HDR-modus, ondersteuning van verschillende 4K-interfaces en gelijktijdige 4K/HD-uitgang, biedt de UE150 ook de breedste kijkhoek in zijn klasse (75,1 graden horizontaal).
De UE150 is gericht op high-end toepassingen voor uitzending en productie, zowel voor zakelijk gebruik als voor evenementen en ensceneringen. De camera omvat een 1-type MOS-sensor en 20x optische zoomlens, evenals een naadloze intelligente zoomlens (i Zoom). De ondersteunde 4K-interfaces omvatten 12G-SDI, HDMI, optische vezels en IP.
"De vooruitgang van de UE150 op het gebied van resolutie, lenzen en interfaces is een duidelijke 4K-upgrade en een nieuwe generatie workflow voor hoogstaande PTZ-toepassingen, zoals geavanceerde zakelijke, uitzend- of productietoepassingen", zegt Sivashankar Kuppusamy, Marketingmanager EMEA voor Panasonic. "Deze nieuwe klasse PTZ-camera's wordt geïntroduceerd naast de toonaangevende AW-HE130, waardoor gebruikers beschikken over twee verschillende, geïntegreerde PTZ-camera's, elkmet unieke functies en toepassingen."

Panasonic kondigde ook een nieuwe externe cameracontroller aan, de AW-RP150. Deze is compatibel met de UE150, net als de geavanceerde PTZ's en andere externe camera's van Panasonic. De RP150 biedt aanzienlijke verbeteringen ten opzichte van eerdere modellen, zoals een nieuwe joystick die met één hand te bedienen is (PTZ- of Focus-besturing) en een groot LCD-aanraakscherm voor monitoring en menu-instellingen. De RP150 heeft een SDI-ingang op het LCD-paneel voor het monitoren van de camera.

 

Zowel de AW-UE150 als de AW-RP150 worden naar verwachting in de winter van 2018 uitgebracht.
