NEW PLUG-AND-PLAY ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY WIRELESS PRESENTATION SYSTEM FROM PANASONIC
Latest wireless presentation system enables seamless collaboration with easy sharing screens and no software installation required.
Wiesbaden, DE. 14th January 2025 – Panasonic Connect Europe today announced the latest version of its PressIT wireless presentation system – the WPS2 Series. Available immediately, this newest system is designed to deliver seamless, stress-free, and highly effective collaboration and communication in professional and learning environments.
PressIT is the perfect plug-and-play presentation system designed to enhance face-to-face communication in corporate and educational settings, enabling users to wirelessly project from their PC, tablet, or smartphone screen onto a display or projector. This wireless communication requires no cables, wires or software installation, and delivers the perfect combination of security and user-friendliness. The PressIT transmitter isn’t viewed as an external device, so it can be used safely, even on computers with strict security standards while enabling secure, encrypted data transmission.
With easy sharing screens, at the push of a button users can connect the transmitter and display high quality 4K images on screen. PressIT delivers the flexibility for teams to simply turn up and present exactly when needed. It is incredibly quick and easy to use, with zero complexity, and no software installation required. This avoids unnecessary delays in set up.
The latest version has adopted the new 6GHz band wireless LAN. This increases the number of connection channels, delivering even greater installation flexibility. Furthermore, its enhanced multicast function eliminates the need for a router when simultaneously displaying video from a single PC on multiple displays for seminars and training sessions.
PressIT can connect up to 32 devices and display four screens simultaneously, allowing users to instantly collaborate, compare documents, and share ideas, making presentations simpler and more effective. It is also compatible with mobile devices, allowing for easy screen sharing, not only from PCs, but from tablets and smartphones. It can be controlled from a variety of devices regardless of the operating system.
Additionally, packaging material and the form factor have been significantly modified, reducing the amount of plastic material required by up to 64%, making it incredibly environmentally friendly.

"As hybrid meeting styles combine both in-person with virtual, the importance of high-quality collaboration to generate ideas and facilitate smooth communication is crucial in today’s meeting room and corporate settings. The last thing any of us have time for is wires, software installations, or complex setup processes hampering presentations and wasting time. PressIT, combined with our bright 110” LED display and PressIT360, a 360-degree camera speakerphone system, delivers a complete solution to meet the demands of modern meeting rooms, delivering stunning visuals and effortless communication."
