What is Intel® SDM ?

Intel® Smart Display Module (Intel® SDM), the next-generation 4K-compatible slot standard provided by Intel®. There are two standards available : Intel® SDM Small (Intel® SDM -S) and Intel® SDM Large (Intel® SDM -L). Our supported models are compatible with both standards.

Benefits of Intel® SDM

  • No external signage player or signal conversion device is required.
  • There is no need for wiring such as power cables and video cables, allowing for a neat layout with just the display.
  • System flexibility: Different functions can be added by replacing the function board depending on the application.
  • Function boards * made by other companies can be used.

* Transmission to the slot is limited to HDMI TM signals.
