Our advanced Material Allocation and Scheduling Software is designed to optimize your manufacturing processes by ensuring efficient, accurate, and traceable material handling. Built to eliminate production delays, the system enables you to reserve materials for specific work orders, flag potential shortages early, and enforce FIFO (First In, First Out) rules to maintain seamless component flow through allocation and preparation.

Whether work orders are created manually or imported automatically from your ERP, our solution provides complete control over which materials are eligible for use and from which warehouse locations. Flexible buffer configurations let you tailor material availability rules globally, by part number, or even by specific product—adapting precisely to your factory’s unique workflows.

An integrated scheduler allows you to easily adapt work orders, monitor their real-time status, and make adjustments as needed. Comprehensive reporting tools let you generate, download, and distribute detailed reports in Excel or CSV format, print them for production use, or send them directly via email.

The system also includes powerful automation for managing moisture-sensitive devices (MSDs). It tracks shelf life in real time, issues alerts before expiration, and interlocks expired components during material verification. With full visibility into MSD component locations, operations, and elapsed life, you can ensure compliance and protect sensitive materials from damage, maintaining quality and minimizing waste.

Enhancing process integrity further, the software supports easy BOM import aligned with your production schedule. By reading BOM data from a CSV file linked to each work order, the system automatically updates the machine recipe via PanaCIM Gen2 to match the upcoming task. In the event of a discrepancy between the imported BOM and the current program, or if a BOM is missing altogether, the system will lock the machine to prevent incorrect placement and ensure error-free production. This functionality relies on automated changeover to dynamically activate the appropriate work order, with each PCB tracked individually through a unique barcode scanned by an upstream PCB scanner—securing full traceability and process control from start to finish.
