The AK-UBX100 is Panasonic’s new 4K multi-purpose camera, designed for today’s fast-moving production environments. Launching in Q4 2025, the UBX100 combines a lightweight box-style design with professional-grade imaging performance, advanced connectivity, and seamless interoperability with Panasonic’s broadcast ecosystem. Built on the same 2/3-type bayonet lens mount sensor and processing platform as the UCX100 studio camera, the UBX100 ensures consistent operation, color matching, and smooth integration with devices such as the AW-UE160 PTZ. Its compact 1.9kg body makes it ideal for robotic mounting and flexible lens setups, while offering the precision and performance professionals demand.

Also, by utilizing a common remote operation panel (ROP), seamless integration with the AK-UCX100 4K studio camera and the AW-UE160 4K PTZ camera becomes possible, leading to significant improvements in operational efficiency on the shooting site.

The AK-UBX100 independently supports a variety of IP protocols including SMPTE ST 2110, NDI®, SRT and its interfaces include two 12G-SDI ports and two SFP28 ports. In addition to basic moiré reduction performance designed for various production needs, the addition of an HD optical low-pass filter*3 further enhances moiré suppression, enabling the camera to deliver high expressive power on its own.

The AJ-WM50 is the dual band, compact wireless module for P2HD and AG-DVX200 camera recorders.

The WM50 dual band (2.4GHz and 5GHz) makes for a more reliable, stable connection to a network in various environments yet its compact size enables it to fit in the wireless module compartment of the P2HD cameras. 2.4GHz offers strong connection through obstacles and compatible with many devices whereas 5GHz offers stability from radio wave interference (Microwave, Bluetooth, etc).

The Software Control Panel enables a networked PCor tablet connected to the AV-HSW10 main unit to be used for diverse operations and configurations. Both inputs and outputs can be easily confirmed on the Multiviewer screen for intuitive operation. Combination of the AV-HSW10 with a PC or tablet loaded with the Software Control Panel enables workload sharing and remote operation on location. Intuitive operation minimizes setup time for certain configurations, increasing the efficiency of video recording, production and single-operator transmission. *Windows 10/11 or MacOS Monterey/Ventura/Sonoma.

The AU-VCVF2GJ Viewfinder is successor to the current AU-VCVF1G VariCam Viewfinders, which are highly acclaimed in the cinema production industry. The addition of a newly developed 1080p OLED panel has enabled a high-definition (1920x1080) display. This combines with low latency and sharp, accurate colors to meet the high-end needs of the movie industry for uncompromising image creation. A large-diameter 38-mm eyepiece lens and wide field angle with viewfinder magnification of 0.78x, which are popular with current models, achieve comfortable viewing with Panasonic's unique optical zoom lens inside the viewfinder. Versatile exposure assist and focus assist tools are also featured.
