PANASONIC TOUGHBOOK LAUNCHES ‘ELEVATE’ EUROPEAN PARTNER PROGRAMME
Newly structured channel programme introduces deal registration discounts, enhanced training programs, and elite-level growth incentives for rugged mobility partners.
Bracknell, UK. 6th May 2026 – Panasonic TOUGHBOOK has evolved its European channel partner programme with the launch of ELEVATE. It provides channel partners with a formal, tiered partner structure; deal registration; a training and certification programme; and performance‑based financial incentives. This represents the most significant shift in its channel‑first, go‑to‑market strategy in its 30‑year history. ELEVATE comprises three reseller tiers (Authorised, Expert, and Elite); a certified ISV track; and a dedicated distributor framework.
Formal Deal Registration and Enhanced Training
At the heart of ELEVATE is a new Deal Registration system, giving partners commercial predictability and stability across their deal pipelines. When registering opportunities, this provides partners with clarity on pricing with premium discounts.
The Panasonic TOUGHBOOK partner training platform, Basecamp, is designed to introduce rugged mobility to new partners entering the market, while strengthening the expertise of established players. It features three pathways that equip partner teams with the required knowledge to advise customers accordingly: Rugged Foundations; Winning with TOUGHBOOK; and TOUGHBOOK Technical Expertise.
Partners who complete any certification earn shareable badges and certifications that showcase their TOUGHBOOK expertise, helping them stand out in a competitive market. Certification also unlocks additional Deal Registration benefits, rewarding partners’ investment in building true rugged mobility capabilities.
Elite Growth Opportunities and Dedicated Distributor Framework
TOUGHBOOK Elite Resellers can collaborate with Panasonic on annual channel growth plans, quarterly business reviews, and channel recruitment incentives. They are also eligible for performance-based growth rebates tied to agreed revenue targets. Furthermore, authorised distributors will operate within their own distribution framework, with dedicated support from Panasonic account management teams.
Continued Investment and Innovation for the Channel
The launch of ELEVATE coincides with a period of significant investment by Panasonic TOUGHBOOK in Europe in its 30th anniversary year. This includes the establishment of dual Service and Solutions Centres in Cardiff and Budapest; the development of its Mobile-IT As-A-Service (MaaS) full-lifecycle solution, and brand new AI-enabled TOUGHBOOK rugged devices that are built on its “Engineered for Motion” design philosophy.
"ELEVATE gives our partners the commercial structure, predictability, and financial incentives they need to build their business with confidence. At a time when predictability matters more than ever in the channel, ELEVATE gives partners the stability to plan, invest, and grow. Over the last three decades, Panasonic has earned the trust of mission-critical workers by engineering rugged mobility solutions that keep mobile workers connected and productive in any environment. ELEVATE extends that long-term trust to the partner ecosystem by providing a dependable framework for a channel-first future. "
