All Panasonic Professional Projectors come with a market leading 'Premium Service' warranty which includes:

  • A 3-year parts, labour and logistics warranty for product failure.
  • A quick average repair time of 5 days at our European Repair Centre in Cardiff, UK (from collection to return).
  • Loan unit on request (dependant upon availability)
  • Technical support
  • European call centre, covering main European languages
  • Ability to purchase warranty extensions to further safeguard your investment.
  • Web-based repair tracking and PASS system for asset management, engineering information and repair service booking

Displays warranty information - Standard warranty

Panasonic Professional Displays come with a standard 3-year warranty, which is upgradeable to 5 years.

The Standard warranty includes:

  • A 3-year parts, labour and logistics warranty for product failure.
  • A collect and repair service at a local Service Centre.
  • Access to our Professional Customer Support Centre - Covering all major European languages.
  • The option to purchase warranty extensions to further safeguard your investment.

Advanced Swap Service for Professional Display (February 2017 - March 2020)

For products sold between February 2017 - March 2020, the warranty offered with our current range of Professional Displays has been upgraded from a Return to Base Warranty to an Advanced Swap Warranty (Permanent Swap).

To speed up the process please provide us with the following information:

  • Company and Contact name
  • Delivery Address
  • Unit model and serial number
  • Date of purchase
  • Description of the problem

Once a hardware failure is verified, our authorised service partner will contact you to deliver a Swap unit, which we aim to provide within approximately two working days.

Once unit has been received, please contact our Service Partner to arrange collection of the faulty unit.

NOTE

  • This warranty is offered in addition to our default Standard return to base warranty, which is still available at your preference.
