PANASONIC IMAGE ADJUST PRO STREAMLINES PRODUCTION WORKFLOWS WITH SMARTER CAMERA CONTROL
Image Adjust Pro plug-in brings flexible software based camera control to PCs and tablets to transform modern video production workflows.
Wiesbaden, DE. 27th January 2026 – Panasonic’s new Media Production Suite plug-in, Image Adjust Pro, enables operators to adjust image settings for multiple studio and Panasonic PTZ cameras directly from a PC or tablet. Its Media Production Suite streamlines and enhances professional video‑production workflows by bringing camera management, status monitoring and control into a unified, intuitive software platform. The plug-in is scheduled for release in Q1 CY2026.
Simultaneous Camera Operation
In demanding production and broadcast environments, such as television studios and large event venues where multiple camera types are in use, teams often have limited space for installing multiple remote operation panels (ROPs). Furthermore, managing image adjustment for different camera models can be complex and time-consuming.
Panasonic’s Image Adjust Pro tackles these issues head-on through a software‑based ROP compatible with Panasonic studio and PTZ cameras[1]. A single licence allows users to register up to 99 cameras, monitor camera status and control up to 20 cameras simultaneously from a PC or tablet. This offers a flexible and scalable alternative to hardware‑only setups. When used alongside Panasonic camera systems and hardware ROPs, the plug-in enables remote operation while reducing the need for physical equipment, helping to streamline production workflows.
[1] Initially compatible with the AK‑UCX100, AK‑UC4000/UC4000B and AK‑UC3300 studio cameras, as well as the AW‑UE160 and AW‑UE150A PTZ cameras and the AK‑UBX100 multipurpose camera. Support for the AW‑UE150 and AW‑UR100 PTZ cameras will be added in a future update.
"With Image Adjust Pro, we’re removing long standing barriers in multi camera environments and giving operators the freedom to manage image control from wherever they work best. It’s a significant step forward in simplifying complex production workflows."

Intuitive Interface For Enhanced Control
The plug-in’s compatibility with Panasonic studio and PTZ cameras makes it particularly well suited to large, multi‑camera production environments. Its overview screen displays the status of every camera covered by a licence, with a panel screen emulating the layout of a hardware ROP for direct multi‑camera control.
The image‑adjustment capabilities within Image Adjust Pro match those of Panasonic’s AK‑HRP series ROP. This allows production teams to operate within a hybrid set-up, whereby primary cameras are operated via hardware ROPs, with additional units controlled through the plug-in. This reduces the number of physical ROPs required without compromising precision. In IP‑based systems, the plug-in and hardware ROPs can operate in parallel, ensuring seamless and tailored control for each production sit
Flexible and Collaborative Workflows
Beyond the primary PC on which the plug-in is installed, Image Adjust Pro can be accessed from multiple devices on the same network – including handheld devices. This decentralised approach allows production directors to monitor camera status and manage all cameras centrally, while lighting and technical staff can adjust settings directly from their own stations. This results in increasingly flexible and collaborative workflows that remove physical constraints and enhance operational efficiency.
To support operators with varying levels of experience, the plug-in offers three distinct GUI options[2]. These include a hardware‑style layout that mirrors the HRP1010’s button configuration; a graphical layout similar to video‑editing software; and a customisable interface that displays only essential controls. These provide intuitive operation for both experienced operators and users with limited training, supporting a wide range of production styles and requirements.
With its software‑driven flexibility, advanced image‑adjustment features and multi‑device accessibility, Image Adjust Pro simplifies system setup and operation in multi‑camera environments.
Panasonic will be demonstrating its Media Production Suite and Image Adjust Pro plug-in at ISE 2026, at Booth 3J500.
