Panasonic customers are set to benefit from improved support to their professional display equipment, thanks to the launch of a new advanced swap warranty.
Working in partnership with its authorised service partner, Panasonic will be upgrading the warranty offered with the company’s full range of professional displays, from a return to base to an advanced swap service.
The new warranty is offered for all professional displays sold from February 2017. It will allow customers to continue using Panasonic display technology with a replacement unit, permanently substituting the faulty unit within approximately 2 business days, avoiding the disruption that usually comes with sending a product away for repair.
“Customers will need to register their unit, and submit a repair order either online, via phone or email,” said Donald Maidment, Head of Service for Panasonic. “Advanced swap warranty will become our default, but we will maintain the option of a return to base warranty, for those customers for whom that is more appropriate.”
