Standard Warranty – 3-Year Protection

Duration: 3 years (36 months) from the purchase date by the first end-user
Repair Type: Swap and Repair via Panasonic Central Service Centre
Coverage: Breakdowns due to initial manufacturing or design faults
Exclusions: Accidental damage or misuse

ProTect Plans – 5-Year Protection

Extend your coverage with our ProTect Plans, which protect your hardware for 5 years (Standard warranty 36 months + ProTect Plan 24 months) from the invoice date.

Must be purchased together with the hardware
Must be activated within 30 days of first use by the end-user
Includes on-site repair SLAs (Service Level Agreement) for fast, expert service
Offers peace of mind with comprehensive hardware coverage
