Bracknell, UK. 27th January 2026  Panasonic TOUGHBOOK has appointed Alex Gaffney as its EU Technology Alliances Manager to drive increasingly close relationships with key technology partners in Panasonic’s broad ecosystem. Alex will manage the overarching European vendor partnership strategy for TOUGHBOOK, building relationships with key vendors that empower partners to deliver the best possible service to end users.

Alex’s experience at companies such as Westcoast and Zebra Technologies has enabled him to build strong technology alliance and ecosystem expertise in positions supporting major UK VARs and global vendors. He is well-versed in managing vendor relationships, accelerating customer growth, and forming new alliances that enable rugged mobility solution providers across the supply chain to scale.

Alex reports directly into Chris Turner, Head of Go-to-Market (Europe) at Panasonic TOUGHBOOK.
