- A super quick average Repair time of 5 days at our European Repair Centre in Cardiff, UK (from collection to return)
- Loan unit on request (depending upon availability)
- Technical support
- European call centre, covering main European languages
- Ability to purchase warranty extensions to further safeguard your investment
Panasonic‘s professional projectors are equipped with an extensive three years 'Premium Service‘ Warranty as standard. This warranty package can be further enhanced with a value added two years warranty extension.
Panasonic’s market leading standard warranty for all Panasonic Professional Projectors includes:
- A 3-year parts, labour and logistics service for product failure
- Web-based repair tracking and PASS system for asset management, engineering information and repair service booking
Warranty Extension
If you would like to extend the standard warranty after the three years standard runtime, you can buy an extended warranty (+2 Years).
The extended warranty for Panasonic Professional Projectors includes:
- Extension of 'Standard Warranty‘
- Flexible purchase option during the three years standard warranty of all Panasonic Professional Projectors*
To activate the Panasonic Warranty Extension, you must register your product online within sixty (60) days and accept the Panasonic terms and conditions for warranty extension and online registration.
You can purchase Panasonic Warranty Extension Certificates at authorised Panasonic dealers. Please check our website for a list of dealers or contact our Panasonic Sales Team for further information.

Service contract purchase process
- Get in touch with your Panasonic Sales contact person.
- Order part number KX-VC1YPP/P or KX-VCG1YPP/P for a 1-year contract.
- Upon delivery of the Service Contract, email your Certificate, model and serial number to premiumplus@eu.panasonic.com.
