Building a Stronger TOUGHBOOK community with ELEVATE

As with previous partner events, it never ceases to amaze me just how strong our partner community is; they truly are the backbone of the TOUGHBOOK channel-first approach.

At Panasonic TOUGHBOOK, we've always believed that our success is built on the strength of our ecosystem. Every single partner plays a vital role in delivering world-class mobility solutions to thousands of mobile workers, nationwide. As the rugged mobility market continues to evolve, those strategic relationships have never been more important.

From one Red Hat to another

You can never underestimate the power of in-person sessions to step away from day-to-day activity and really get under the skin of the most pressing challenges that our partners – and their customers – face. Royal Ascot was no different.

Whether it was discussing deployment challenges, the shift to end-to-end mobility solutions, knowledge sharing, or how to solve sector-specific issues, our event gave partners a platform to collaborate that’s simply not achievable in a virtual meeting.

A culture of continuous innovation

We concluded the event by giving partners an exclusive look at what lies ahead for TOUGHBOOK in 2026. Partners were given a first-look at new solutions, helping them to better understand how Panasonic is shaping the rugged mobility solutions market. These were extremely well received; we pride ourselves on knowing exactly what our partners need to continue to innovate for their customers. This gives partners an invaluable opportunity to strategise for the future.

Providing this insight is an important part of our channel-first approach. By sharing new solutions or a technological direction early, we can have more meaningful conversations about future customer requirements, and market trends that will shape how we continue to innovate. Our Service and Solution Centre team in Cardiff love partner feedback!

All roads lead to Cardiff

In our 30th anniversary year, our UK kick-off has undoubtedly whetted our partners’ appetites for more. As we build up to our Annual European Partner Conference in October, we’re more committed than ever to give back to our partners and continue to invest in them.

This gives them the foundational layer to grow their businesses and deliver mission-critical solutions to help customers solve mission-critical problems.
