Thailand's Sensory Tech Delivers an Immersive Expo Experience
Themed “Mobility for the Future”, Thailand Pavilion at Expo 2020 Dubai (October 1, 2021 – March 31, 2022) highlighted the country’s investment in transportation, logistics, digital innovation, and personal mobility.
Themed “Mobility for the Future”, Thailand Pavilion at Expo 2020 Dubai (October 1, 2021 – March 31, 2022) highlighted the country's investment in transportation, logistics, digital innovation, and personal mobility. Exhibition designers employed immersive video-mapping panoramas to guide visitors through Thailand's history, culture, and landscape.
A mirror like pool running beneath the projector screen inside the pavilion's multi-sensory theatre featured fountain jets that spelled out words in water. Clouds of mist billowed in front of the giant curved screen in sync with sound and lighting. A pair of PT-RZ31K 3-Chip DLP™ projectors powered this exhibit, while elsewhere, compact PT-RZ120 1-Chip DLP™ projectors mapped images around a 360° theatre attraction. High image brightness, vibrant color, and crisp detail were delivered using comparatively few projectors—installers covered the entire area with just five units.
