Detailed natural colour rich images

The PT-RCQ10 series combines Panasonic’s unique Rich Colour Harmonizer and Smooth Pixel Drive technology with 1-Chip DLP imaging to produce immersive imaging experiences. The projector offers high brightness of 8,000 lumens, WUXGA resolution and an 8,000:1 contrast ratio for sharp images even in bright environments.

Panasonic’s unique new Rich Colour Harmonizer technology expands the use of red light to improve colour reproduction, increasing red colour brightness by 160%. This creates a more vivid picture for an immersive viewing experience.

In addition, the newly developed imaging processing system Smooth Pixel Drive enables 2715x1697 high-resolution images with sharp characters and smooth diagonal lines and curves.

Long-lasting reliability with up to 20,000 hours maintenance-free operation

Designed for mission critical applications in the live entertainment market, the PT-RCQ10 series was tested against dust for operation of up to 20,000 hours without maintenance. The dual-drive laser optical engine maintains high brightness, superb picture quality and colour reproduction for very long periods.

Flexible installation and seamless integration

The PT-RCQ10 series is future-proof with the ability to accept 4K signals via HDMI and Digital Link and equipped with Panasonic’s Slot NX interface boards to expand connectivity with new input connections.

Compatible with Panasonic’s 1-Chip DLPTM lens line-up offering 0.2-8.6 throw ratios, the addition of the new ET-DLE020 Ultra Short-Throw Zoom lens offers even more flexibility

*4K Ready is Panasonic’s technology for accepting a 4K signal input (3840 x 4096 x 2160) when combined with Panasonic’s Smooth Pixel Drive technology that shifts each pixel diagonally by 0.5 pixels to create a 2715 x 1697 high-resolution image.

Footnote Description
Measurement, measuring conditions, and method of notation all comply with ISO/IEC 21118: 2012 international standards. Value is average of all products when shipped. Average light-output value of all shipped products measured at center of screen in NORMAL Mode. Around this time, light output will have decreased by approximately 50 %. IEC62087: 2008 Broadcast contents, NORMAL Mode, [Dynamic Contrast] set to [3], under conditions with 35 °C (95 °F), 700 m (2,297 ft) above sea level, and 0.15 mg/m3 of particulate matter. Estimated time until light output declines to 50 % varies depending on environment. Lens shift is not supported on the ET-DLE055, and the optical axis is fixed with the ET-DLE035. 4K input signals are resized to 2715 x 1697 pixels upon projection. (With Smooth Pixel Drive: ON) With legs at shortest position. Average value. May differ depending on the actual unit. When using the projector at an altitude lower than 2,700 m (8,858 ft) above sea level, and the operating environment temperature becomes 30 °C (86 °F) or higher, the light output may be reduced to protect the projector. When using the projector at an altitude between 2,700 m (8,858 ft) and 4,200 m (13,780 ft), and the operating environment temperature becomes 25 °C (77 °F) or higher, the light output may be reduced to protect the projector. When optional AJ-WM50 wireless module is attached, operating temperature range becomes 0–40 °C (32–104 °F).
