Specialized support from our partner network

Partners primarily target small to mid-size Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) and Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) companies. Leveraging their extensive networks, relationships, and connections, they operate as an extension of Panasonic, offering specialized support and resources to these companies. This focus allows partners to provide tailored solutions and services that cater specifically to the needs of small to mid-size enterprises, helping them to compete effectively in the market. Currently, we cooperate with 21 partners across Europe and North Africa.

We as Panasonic Factory Solutions foster strong collaboration and communication within the partner network such as regular communications, regular business review meetings to discuss challenges and strategies. As a regular in person event, we do organize the Panasonic Partner Days to strengthen relationships, share knowledge, and align strategies between partners and Panasonic. Each partner is assigned a dedicated Panasonic resource who serves as their primary point of contact. This individual is always available to provide knowledge, support, and assistance, ensuring that partners can meet Panasonic’s high service level expectations.

Detech, our UK partner, has experienced significant growth through the Panasonic partner network. One notable success is their collaboration with Lumishore, a UK-based LED lighting company. Through joint efforts, Detech has successfully executed greenfield installations at Lumishore, showcasing the strength of our network.

Additionally, Detech introduced its competitive technologies to one of Panasonic's largest private single-site installations in the UK. This venture has been immensely successful and continues to expand, demonstrating the powerful synergy between our partners.

Many other partners across various regions have also thrived through collaborative efforts within the network. These partnerships have led to numerous successes and the formation of long-term working relationships, ensuring continued development and mutual growth in the future.
