Outstanding colour performance is about more than a wider colour gamut. It also depends on how brightly each primary colour is reproduced in relation to white.

VIVID Prime's newly engineered phosphor wheel boosts colour brightness, producing more vivid Rec.709 images with brighter, more balanced primary colours. By improving the brightness of colour relative to white, VIVID Prime delivers the same colour brightness behaviour as a 3-Chip DLP™ system, in a compact 1-Chip DLP™ chassis.
