Discovering Innovation:
An updated Journey Through Panasonic's Experience Center
In the heart of cutting-edge technology and customer engagement lies the Panasonic Campus Munich. The corporate brand and experience center in Europe is supposed to be figurately spoken a beacon of innovation and a hub for immersive, hands-on experiences. Our goal: The Campus Munich stands out as a pivotal space where technology meets innovation, and ideas transform into tangible solutions.
Aiming to deliver the best possible experience for our guests, we constantly improve and update our interactive exhibitions. As a technology ambassador and tour guide, I’m happy to share my current favorite of technology updates with you.
Immersing in the Future of Retail
First up, immerse yourself in the future of retail: from AI-driven personalized projections to attractive connected signage, and an array of Electronic Shelf Labels (ESL) for both soft retail and DIY stores. Concluding this journey are cutting-edge last mile technology services, including self-service return kiosks.
Retailers find new ways of actively engaging with customers to keep their business competitive against the spreading ecommerce. Imagine a morning offer tailored to your favorite coffee blends, smoothly transitioning to customized evening snack promotions. The integration of AI-driven personalized digital signage in supermarkets is revolutionizing customer engagement. By leveraging data on shopper demographics, preferences, and contextual factors like weather or local events, the advertisements shown on in-store screens can dynamically be adjusted with the help of Chat GPT.
Revolutionizing logistics
From advanced Yard Management with intelligent SaaS solutions to smart parcel sorting technologies, Panasonic is transforming logistics. Discover our state-of-the-art smart 4-in-1 camera surveillance systems and the large VIXELL pallet, designed specifically for the cold supply chain.
Providing long-term cold storage between 2°C and 8°C for a period of up to 10 days, the VIXELL Pallet has a payload volume of 452 liters, and only weighs 165kg unloaded. Thanks to the vacuum insulated case technology, it doesn’t require a refrigerated vehicle for transport to reduce freight costs.
On top of that, explore Germany's first 5G private campus network right here at our Campus, showcasing the future of connected logistics. Private 5G networks become more and more important and have a lot of advantages - from uninterrupted connectivity and real-time communication to increased security. Factories, ports, travel hubs as well as the military industry benefit from faster response times and better reliability.
