Designed for the maintenance of Intelligent Tape Feeders (ITF), this unit enables precise inspection while automatically calibrating the pickup position for optimal performance and accuracy.
FMU
Designed to seamlessly complement the new Auto Setting Feeders (ASF), this solution is precisely adjusted to match their length for optimal inspection. It features a splice-free loading unit, along with automatic cover tape peeling.
Renting Feeder Calibration Service FMU
Designed for the maintenance of leased feeders, we do offer calibration services along with your service and maintenance agreement.
To maximize uptime and flexibility, we offer two convenient maintenance options. In the first option, a feeder maintenance unit is delivered directly to your site, allowing damaged feeders to be repaired on-site with minimal disruption. In the second option, defective feeders are sent to the Panasonic service center, with shipping covered by Panasonic, where they are professionally repaired and returned to you.
