SMT production planning requires inputting 4M information—Man, Material, Machine, and Method—while considering not only production sequence but also production programs, which has long troubled many planning personnel. By inputting 4M information, MFO mixes data on the number of workers and their skills, quantities of components and jigs, equipment configuration, Dual/Single and Top/Bottom settings with order and delivery deadline information to create a production plan on your behalf that minimizes production lead time.

UA3P can measure aspheric lenses, free curved surface mirrors, and molds for processing them with a maximum accuracy of 0.01 μm.
