Panasonic Factory Solutions Europe, a leading company in robot & welding technology, will be exhibiting its wide range of next generation solutions at EuroBLECH in Hannover, Germany, from October 25th – 28th 2022. Visitors are invited to see live demonstrations of the latest smart welding solutions.
Technologies on display will include:
TS-950 super fast! Due to its compact size, this agile 6-axis robot can perform a wide range of welding styles with its improved drive capacity while saving space in the installation area.
LAPRISS (Laser Processing Robot Integrated System Solution) is Panasonic’s DDL solution. Laser spin technology combined with increased flexibility. The Direct Diode Laser technology is applicable not only to metal cutting and welding, but also for next generation thermal processing fields such as 3D printing, surface processing, and multi material processing for nonferrous metals.
Loss of quality in the welding bead? Not with Panasonic’s Bead Eye. This product arrives with an extensive knowledge data base which is pre-set and can learn continuously to avoid any failure in welding production. It’s a cost-saving inspection solution, enhancing traceability and automating visual inspection.
iWNB (integrated Welding Network Box) helps welding to become visible and digital, delivering added value in productivity, quality, traceability, and maintainability. All information about the welding robot and process is collected, accumulated, and analysed. The system makes proposals for stable production while improving overall productivity.
Peer Schumacher, Department Head Robot & Welding, said: “We combine the latest robot and welding technology to provide total solutions to our customers. We look forward to demonstrating our next generaton complete welding system solutions at EuroBLECH.”
