APX300 Plasma Dicer

Plasma dicing is becoming increasingly attractive in the semiconductor market. Dies are becoming smaller and thinner and manufacturers are facing difficulties such as increasing material loss due to the width of the dicing line, mechanical damage to the dies from chipping and increasingly longer processing times due to line-by-line mechanical dicing. Panasonic’s APX300 Plasma Dicer solves these challenges and simultaneously provides a higher quality product with a lower cost of production. Features and benefits of Panasonic's APX300 Plasma DicerPlasma dicing requires a dicing street mask. After the mask is applied to the surface of the wafer and the dicing streets are exposed, the plasma process etches the exposed streets by a chemical reaction. By using a chemical etching process, a chipping-free and particle-free process is achieved. Thanks to the use of mask patterning, narrower street widths are possible – allowing more chips to be designed onto the wafer. AG-CX20

The AG-CX20 is a lightweight memory card camcorder, weighing approximately 850 g1, that offers broadcast-quality imaging and exceptional portability. It supports extended 4K/60p recording, making it ideal for long-duration shoots. With a wide-angle 25 mm lens (35 mm film equivalent) and 24x optical zoom, it delivers high-quality video capture under a wide range of shooting conditions. Advanced features such as 4K High-precision AF and face detection/tracking AE & AF provide reliable support for smooth operation even in dynamic, fast-paced shooting environments. The camcorder supports the broadcast-standard P2HD (MXF) file format, enabling simultaneous recording of main video with the AVC-Intra/AVC-LongG codec and proxy video with the AVC-Proxy G6 codec. It features internal 4:2:2 10-bit video recording and uses the High-Efficiency Video Coding (HEVC) codec for efficient video compression. The AG-CX20 built-in wireless function can also perform HD live streaming by connecting to Wi-Fi2.

AG-CX370

The AG-CX370 is a high-end handheld camcorder designed to meet the demands of modern video production. Building on the acclaimed high performance and usability of its predecessor, the AG-CX350, it features 10-bit 4K recording, a wide-angle high-magnification zoom lens, and HDR-compatible V-Log/HLG as well as manual three-ring control for precise operation. Expanded functionality in the AG-CX370 includes a new 4-channel audio input terminal with independent volume control for simultaneous recording from up to four microphones. It also incorporates a GENLOCK input terminal for broadcast-quality multi-camera synchronized recording. In addition, the SDI output has been upgraded to 12G-SDI for uncompressed 4K video output, and the IP output now supports NDI® HX2,* enhancing its operability for live camera applications. Despite its lightweight, compact design and low power consumption, the AG-CX370 provides professionals with a powerful solution for production, broadcasting and streaming.

Compact Powerhouse for Multi-Purpose 4K Production

The AK-UBX100 is Panasonic’s new 4K multi-purpose camera, designed for today’s fast-moving production environments. Launching in Q4 2025, the UBX100 combines a lightweight box-style design with professional-grade imaging performance, advanced connectivity, and seamless interoperability with Panasonic’s broadcast ecosystem. Built on the same 2/3-type bayonet lens mount sensor and processing platform as the UCX100 studio camera, the UBX100 ensures consistent operation, color matching, and smooth integration with devices such as the AW-UE160 PTZ. Its compact 1.9kg body makes it ideal for robotic mounting and flexible lens setups, while offering the precision and performance professionals demand.

Also, by utilizing a common remote operation panel (ROP), seamless integration with the AK-UCX100 4K studio camera and the AW-UE160 4K PTZ camera becomes possible, leading to significant improvements in operational efficiency on the shooting site.

The AK-UBX100 independently supports a variety of IP protocols including SMPTE ST 2110, NDI®, SRT and its interfaces include two 12G-SDI ports and two SFP28 ports. In addition to basic moiré reduction performance designed for various production needs, the addition of an HD optical low-pass filter*3 further enhances moiré suppression, enabling the camera to deliver high expressive power on its own.
