At TOUGHBOOK, we understand our customers' needs are changing. That's why we've enhanced our support infrastructure by establishing Service and Solutions Centres in Cardiff and Budapest. These will help customers design, deploy, maintain, and evolve end-to-end solutions with a trusted mobility partner by their side.

A Customer-First Approach
Our Cardiff centre has recently been redefined as a Service and Solutions Centre. While it continues to serve UK customers as before, it has now expanded its managed services capabilities to support the growth of TOUGHBOOK operations in Europe. This includes everything from hardware staging and kitting to proactive device monitoring and fleet management – in addition to servicing and maintenance.
We've also invested in the Panasonic Budapest Service Centre, serving as the central servicing hub for TOUGHBOOK customers across Europe. With regional expertise in what customers require from their rugged mobility solutions, our Budapest Service Centre enhances our ability to deliver high-speed TOUGHBOOK deployment, repairs, and support across the continent.
Our Cardiff and Budapest centres serve as enablement hubs for modern mobile workforces. They deliver the required regional hands-on software and engineering expertise, and full lifecycle support, that you need to stay ahead.
Full In-House Lifecycle Support
We’re committed to delivering in-house maintenance services. Unlike many OEMs that outsource servicing and aftersales support, we handle all servicing and maintenance of our TOUGHBOOK rugged solutions under one roof. This helps to minimise operational downtime and maximise the performance of each device.
Maintaining this direct line with our customers throughout the entire lifecycle of their mobile estates sets us apart from our competitors. With real-time operations increasingly the norm, device downtime is simply not an option. Our investment delivers the hands-on support and in-region resilience customers need to continue running, regardless of the environment or industry.
