All units will undergo a full image check and calibration before being returned.
The service includes the cost of collection, return and any cosmetic parts required*. All refurbished cameras will be repackaged in new boxes with dedicated Panasonic labelling and can be registered for a 180-day manufacturer’s warranty via our Business Service Portal.
All refurbished units will undergo a full functional and image quality check to confirm they meet our strict quality criteria and will be supplied with their own unique certificate confirming it has undergone our refurbishment program and is covered by our 180-day warranty.
What’s included:
Each unit will be packed with a certificate confirming that the product was refurbished to Panasonic’s Cosmetic Grade A Standard and has undergone a full functional check and has met the original manufacturing outgoing quality standards. All this work will be performed by Panasonic’s own highly qualified and trained technicians in the European Repair Centre.
Benefits of Panasonic approved refurbished products include:
How does it work?
Once you have accepted our Service offer, we will collect your products and each unit will undergo an inbound inspection to determine the condition. We will provide an inspection report detailing which units may need additional work to meet our Refurbishment Standard.
Following our initial inspection, if we find worn, damaged or faulty components, you will be given the option to decide if you would like us to replace these as part of the Refurbishment Service at a favourable price.
How does the warranty work?
The 180-day warranty works in the same way as the original warranty and you or the final user of a refurbished camera will need to register the unit online via our Service Portal.
Details on how to register our refurbished cameras will be provided on the certificate.
In the unlikely event that any units need repair, this can be requested via our Service Portal. For full details of what is covered by the 180-day guarantee, you can download the terms and conditions here.
Please note that the model names of all refurbished products will be amended to include “R” as a suffix.
