PANASONIC SAYS THE TIME IS RIGHT FOR GEMBA PROCESS INNOVATION IN EUROPE
Bracknell, Regno Unito. 11 novembre– Ora che le imprese europee si ritrovano ad affrontare contemporaneamente la digitalizzazione e un nuovo comportamento di acquisto dei consumatori, Panasonic annuncia l’arrivo in Europa di una nuova iniziativa dedicata alle soluzioni B2B, la Gemba Process Innovation. Fondata sulle esperienze di Panasonic in Giappone, la Gemba Process Innovation combina una profonda conoscenza delle organizzazioni con tecnologie all’avanguardia concepite per ottimizzare le operazioni aziendali.
Ora la divisione B2B di Panasonic ha deciso di introdurre la Gemba Process Innovation in Europa. Unendo il suo know-how, i suoi prodotti hardware e le sue capacità di integrazione e ingegnerizzazione di software, Panasonic intende offrire alle imprese un'ampia gamma di soluzioni integrate e progettate su misura per migliorare i loro processi. In giapponese, il termine gemba indica “il luogo fisico in cui si crea valore”. Nelle catene di fornitura, il gemba costituisce lo spazio in cui le merci vengono prodotte, trasportate o vendute.
La Gemba Process Innovation è pensata principalmente per i settori del manufacturing, della logistica e del retail, ma trova applicazione in numerosi altri campi. Nel settore manufacturing, la Gemba Process Innovation accelera l'automazione dei processi, introducendo l’uso di tecnologie avanzate come la robotica. Nella logistica ottimizza la capacità di ordinare, organizzare, tracciare e monitorare le condizioni delle merci tramite il Deep Learning e i sensori IoT. Nel retail favorisce l’impiego di sistemi telecamera e funzionalità di AI per personalizzare il marketing digitale e automatizzare processi come l’ordinazione delle scorte, allo scopo di ottimizzare la disponibilità dei prodotti.
