- Outstanding durability
- Deliver absolute immersion
- Flexible setup
- Smooth operation
Panasonic brings a new dimension to 4K projection, putting the PT-RQ32 to the top of its large venue projector range. It offers resellers and staging professionals reduced motion blur, multi-projection layout and fast-moving 4k sequences, while reducing overheads and total cost of ownership. Panasonic RQ32 sets a new standard in both detail and clarity so that audiences can enjoy true-to-life detail, bright and vivid colour accuracy and high contrast in large venues.
DURABILITY IN TEMPORARY OR PERMENANT INSTALLATIONS
20,000 hours of service free operation and outstanding durability
Experience the ultimate operability and durability with dustproof protection and a long life filter that provides 20,000 hours of service free operation. The long life filter includes an electrostatic Micro Cut Filter that collects minute dust particles with an ion effect that reduces downtime, and a super-efficient cooling system that enhances reliability.
DELIVER ABSOLUTE IMMERSION
Going above and beyond 4K resolution
Utilising quad pixel drive technology, PT-RQ32 delivers extremely detailed, film-like, 4K image quality that brings true-to-life detail and realism to every audience. It also supports BT.2020 and HDR for the latest 4K standard, rendering more colourful and realistic content.
Smooth and realistic motion rendering
Panasonic’s unique high-speed 240 Hz frame-creation technology for up to 5120 x 3200-pixel (16:10) images ensures audiences can enjoy clearer and sharper playback of fast-moving 4K+ sequences.
Real Motion Processor uses sophisticated algorithms to create three additional frames for each image, boosting native 60 fps footage to 240 frames per second. The result is smooth, lifelike, fluid and realistic motion rendering, particularly useful for broadcasting sporting events and other fast-paced video footage.
Optimised detail reproduction in 4K+ images
The PT-RQ32 uses Panasonic’s new generation circuit technology that analyses each individual image frame by frame to clarify areas containing fine details and textures. Powerful algorithms extract hidden information from the frequency video bands; sharpening outlines, correcting contours, and reducing ringing noise – all of which help to deliver high-impact, precise images.
FLEXIBLE SETUP AND SMOOTH OPERATION
360-degree flexibility
SOLID SHINE Laser technology enables free 360-degree installation through any axis. Courtesy of a powered lens shift and a wide range of optional lenses, the projector can be mounted in any way desired without picture distortion - either temporarily or in permanent applications.
Seamless scene-linking
Digitally controlled frame-by-frame scene-linking delivers consistent picture quality across large screens. This helps to achieve a remarkable 20,000:1 contrast without lowering its high brightness. It also reproduces deeper, richer blacks, and provides images with more detailed textures. Meanwhile, the Shutter Sync function synchronizes shutter on/off timing between all networked projectors.
Single-Cable 4K DIGITAL LINK Connection
Based on HDBaseT™ technology, DIGITAL LINK supports transmission of video, audio1, and control commands through a single CAT 5e or higher STP cable for distances of 150 m (492 ft) for Full HD video and 50 m (164 ft) for 4K2 video. An optional DIGITAL LINK Switcher or Digital Interface Box further simplifies installation in large venues while reducing cost and improving reliability.
*1 Audio transmission depending on model’s audio capability, *2 ET-YFB200G/YFB100G is not compatible with 4K signals. 150 m (492 ft) transmission available only with ET-YFB200G DIGITAL LINK Switcher for signals up to 1080p in Long Reach Mode.
Assuring image display is always maintained
An automatic backup input setting promises uninterrupted image display in venues such as control rooms, and giving added reassurance at events where projection can’t afford to be interrupted.
Sophisticated image-adjustment software
Geometry Manager Pro is free software that offers more sophisticated image-adjustment functionality and makes complex multi-screen setup easy. An optional ET-UK20 upgrade kit with Geometry Manager Pro software supports colour matching, edge blending for multi-projector set ups. It’s flexile and complex geometric adjustment capability suits a wide variety of screen shapes.
Early Warning Software ET-SWA100 Series (Optional)
Early Warning Software monitors the status of projectors and displays connected to an intranet, and notifies the operator when issues are detected or predicted. This helps to minimise downtime and provides stable and continuous operation.
Common Lenses for Panasonic 3-Chip DLP™ Projectors
Panasonic 3-Chip DLP™ projectors share a range of optional lenses, including ultra-short-throw lens and zoom lens for long throw distances, so you can switch and change lenses to suit the venue. This reduces the total cost of ownership for staging and event companies with large projector requirements.
