Panasonic Robot & Welding System Solutions presents the Virtual Robot Programming System (VPRS). This solution enables even unskilled robot operators to execute welding robot programming efficiently. The VRPS uses a digital twin of the welding robot that follows the movements of the manually guided torch model. Movements and welding tasks are defined on the real workpiece with the torch model, the virtual sequence is then transferred to the robot controller to be repeated by the robot. Two key benefits render the VPRS a great tool to improve your production:

• robot operators do not require years of experience, knowledge, or skill to program the robot

• the robot programming time is reduced drastically by simply using virtual reality on the actual workpiece.

Panasonic's Visual Preset Software adds intuitive GUI-based operation to the free to download PTZ Control Centre software. This enables the management and control of PTZ camera presets whilst incorporating photos and layout diagrams assigned by the user.

The AG-CX370 is a high-end handheld camcorder designed to meet the demands of modern video production. Building on the acclaimed high performance and usability of its predecessor, the AG-CX350, it features 10-bit 4K recording, a wide-angle high-magnification zoom lens, and HDR-compatible V-Log/HLG as well as manual three-ring control for precise operation. Expanded functionality in the AG-CX370 includes a new 4-channel audio input terminal with independent volume control for simultaneous recording from up to four microphones. It also incorporates a GENLOCK input terminal for broadcast-quality multi-camera synchronized recording. With the AK-UCU600 Camera Control Unit (CCU), uncompressed longdistance transmission of 4K/HD video signals via optical fiber is supported. The AK-HRP1000GJ/1005GJ Remote Operation Panels (ROP) are equipped with a color LCD display that provides excellent visibility and functions for quick response. This system achieves high-quality video and excellent operability. In cases where power is supplied by the CCU, it is possible to transmit at a long distance of up to approx. 2,000 m between the camera and the CCU. The distance can be extended up to 10,000 m by providing a local power supply at the camera head and using general-purpose single mode optical fiber. Between the CCU and the ROP, in addition to a dedicated serial line, IP connection via LAN cable is also supported.
