AM100
Modular mounter for the pursuit of net productivity and high versatility This modular mounter inherits the various units and functions of our company NPM series of high-speed mounters, achieves high-quality placement, and achieves both high productivity and versatility. In addition to a wide range of components, large-capacity component supply sections ,and large PCB, the combination of a wide range of machine configurations and a plethora of options provides the optimal line for all types of production.
NPM-GH
Modular placement machine with high productivity and placement accuracy This modular mounter achieves both high productivity and high accuracy by improving the basic performance of key units such as the placement head and recognition camera. It is compatible with a wide range of components and a variety of supply units layouts. It also supports a variety of automation and labor-saving functions, including the Auto Setting Feeder (ASF), which automates parts supply work, to flexibly meet the demands of each mounting site.
Adaptive Process Control
Feedback control (APC-FB) This function statistically processes the solder measurement results from the 3D solder inspection device and sends feedback to the printer to correct the positional displacement of land and solder to the correct position. This stabilizes the printing quality automatically since the feedback value can be set arbitrarily utilizing Panasonic’s know-how accumulated over many years. Feedforward control (APC-FF) This function sends feedback of the center of gravity position of the solder for each mounting circuit from the 3D solder inspection device to the mounting machine, maximizing the self-alignment effect during reflow by aligning the mounting position with the solder center of gravity. Panasonic’s many years of know-how enables stable production of good products. Mounter Feedback control (APC-MFB2) This measures the post-mounting displacement of the mounted components with the visual inspection equipment (AOI) and sends the feedback of the correction amount to each nozzle of the mounting machine. This function automatically corrects equipment variations and maintains accurate mounting at the correct position. The target components have expanded to include chip components and components with leads, bottom termination components and connectors, etc., making this useful for a wide range of products.
PanaCIM-EE Gen2: line management system
This software resolves challenges at each level—Edge, Line, and Floor—necessary for production execution. PanaCIM consists of multiple modules, allowing module selection tailored to customer needs.
iLNB: line management system
In order to support productivity, quality control, and process methods in mounting production, it is necessary to control and manage the entire line as a whole, including not only Panasonic equipment but also equipment from other manufacturers. iLNB achieves this through various communication methods with equipment from other manufacturers.
Manufacturing operations optimizer (MFO)
SMT production planning requires inputting 4M information—Man, Material, Machine, and Method—while considering not only production sequence but also production programs, which has long troubled many planning personnel. By inputting 4M information, MFO mixes data on the number of workers and their skills, quantities of components and jigs, equipment configuration, Dual/Single and Top/Bottom settings with order and delivery deadline information to create a production plan on your behalf that minimizes production lead time.

APX300 Plasma Dicer
Plasma dicing is becoming increasingly attractive in the semiconductor market. Dies are becoming smaller and thinner and manufacturers are facing difficulties such as increasing material loss due to the width of the dicing line, mechanical damage to the dies from chipping and increasingly longer processing times due to line-by-line mechanical dicing. Panasonic’s APX300 Plasma Dicer solves these challenges and simultaneously provides a higher quality product with a lower cost of production. Features and benefits of Panasonic's APX300 Plasma DicerPlasma dicing requires a dicing street mask. After the mask is applied to the surface of the wafer and the dicing streets are exposed, the plasma process etches the exposed streets by a chemical reaction. By using a chemical etching process, a chipping-free and particle-free process is achieved. Thanks to the use of mask patterning, narrower street widths are possible – allowing more chips to be designed onto the wafer. Furthermore, the mask patterning allows complete flexibility in chip size, shape and position. The benefits of the Panasonic APX300 Plasma Dicer are: Particle-free and damage-free processHigher chip strengthYield improvementsThe Panasonic APX300 is available in a stand-alone single chamber (1 chamber) or a multi chamber (1, 2, or 3 chambers) configuration.  Panasonic can provide a plasma dicing total solution to achieve a damage-free, particle-free, higher throughput and lower overall cost of production. The Panasonic APX300 is CE certified.
