The TOUGHBOOK G2 combines rugged durability with a compact and versatile design, making it the perfect tool for any mission. Tested to military standard MIL-STD-810H, with IP65 protection and 180cm drop resistance, the TOUGHBOOK G2, including the optional keyboard, is designed to perform in toughest conditions.

Built to adapt

The TOUGHBOOK G2 functions as both a rugged tablet and a full-featured laptop. With the optional detachable keyboard offering extra ports and optional backlighting, plus a robust docking system for seamless field-to-desk transitions, it's build for adaptability. Two modular expansion areas and three programmable buttons let you customise with tools like a thermal camera or barcode scanner - so your workflow evolves as your needs do.

AI-ready and built for performance, the TOUGHBOOK G2 features the latest Intel® Core™ Ultra vPro® processor with an integrated Neural Processing Unit (NPU) for fast, efficient edge computing. Optional dedicated graphics ensure smooth, high-quality visuals, while advanced thermal management keeps the system cool and reliable, even in the toughest conditions.

Optimised for the outdoors

The 10.1" display supports glove, pen, and rain touch modes, plus a pressure-sensitive digitiser for biometric e-signature capture. With low-reflection and anti-glare technology built in, it delivers clear, readable visuals in both direct sunlight and low-light environments.

Connect without limits

Panasonic’s self-developed, in-house integrated antennas ensure optimal signal strength, even in remote areas. The G2 Series supports 4G and 5G connectivity, including support for standalone and private 5G networks, keeps you connected wherever work takes you. With eSIM capability for seamless network switching, the TOUGHBOOK G2 ensures uninterrupted productivity where other devices fall short.

Best-in-class security

The TOUGHBOOK G2 is a Microsoft Secured Core PC, with Windows Hello facial recognition, OPAL SSD, multi-user authentication, smart card and fingerprint readers. Conceal Mode lets you instantly dim or black out the screen for privacy. It also supports remote wipe, optional Viasat encryption, component exclusion, and features a quick-release SSD for fast data removal. MIL-STD-461G certification ensures low electromagnetic emissions and resistance to interference.
