Panasonic vervangt garantie voor professionele displays

Panasonic gaat binnenkort haar klantenservice op het gebied van van professionele displays verder verbeteren. Dit dankzij de introductie van een nieuwe, geavanceerde ruilgarantie.

In samenwerking met zijn geautoriseerde servicepartner breidt Panasonic de garantie voor de volledige serie professionele displays van het bedrijf uit van ‘return to base’ naar een ‘advanced swap service’.

Deze nieuwe garantie wordt geboden op alle professionele displays die vanaf februari 2017 verkocht worden. Onder deze garantie kunnen klanten van Panasonic de displaytechnologie blijven gebruiken waarbij een defecte display binnen twee werkdagen wordt vervangen. Zo wordt voorkomen dat bepaalde werkzaamheden taken niet uitgevoerd kunnen worden omdat een product voor reparatie opgestuurd moet worden.

“Om gebruik te maken van deze garantie moeten klanten hun apparatuur registreren en online, telefonisch of via e-mail een reparatieverzoek indienen", zegt Donald Maidment, hoofd Service van Panasonic. “De geavanceerde ruilgarantie wordt onze standaardgarantie, maar de optie ‘return to base’ blijft beschikbaar voor klanten die daaraan hun voorkeur geven.”
