Superior performance with AI-powered rugged mobility
The latest TOUGHBOOK G2 features a dedicated Intel® AI chipset, allowing users to collect, store and analyse data on the go, even when they’re disconnected from the cloud, all without compromising the tablet’s overall performance or processing speed.
This is especially beneficial for utility workers, such as those conducting equipment inspections in remote areas with limited or no access to cellular or wireless networks. By harnessing AI directly on the device, workers canboost productivity, streamline workflows and minimise human errors in data capture during inspections.
With its advanced edge-AI capabilities, the 13MP camera enables electrical field service teams to use cutting-edge computer vision technology, enabling them to visualise wiring connections and schematics – further improving accuracy and efficiency.
Market-leading performance, battery life, and connectivity
The G2mk3 is the most powerful TOUGHBOOK tablet yet. It utilises the Intel® Core™ Ultra 5 processor 135U (with Intel vPro® Technology), and also features updated 16GB (upgradable to 32GB) DDR5x RAM capabilities. This provides more than enough power to run demanding applications and AI processing capabilities simultaneously.
When it comes to battery life, the TOUGHBOOK G2mk3 doesn’t disappoint. It offers an impressive 11 hours on a single charge, extendable to 15 hours when using the extended battery. This represents a significant up to 47% increase in battery life when compared to the G2mk2 (based on MobileMark 25).
In the field, connectivity is crucial for hyper-mobile workers in sectors like emergency services, defence, logistics, utilities and surveying. 5G connectivity is an optional feature on the G2mk3, ensuring mobile workers are always connected, even in remote locations, whilst improved Bluetooth allows devices to be paired seamlessly.
Built for the toughest environments
The G2mk3 is tailored to withstand extreme conditions. It features IP65-rated protection against water and dust ingress, and is independently tested to MIL-STD 810H and IEC 60529 standards – enabling hyper mobile-workers to use the device in the most challenging of environments, without any fear of drops or knocks.
Uncompromised performance in any condition
The TOUGHBOOK G2mk3 is a game-changer for mobile workers. Its innovative AI chipset enable mobile workers to complete administrative tasks faster, and access mission-critical data at the edge – helping to reduce errors that could otherwise have a knock-on effect on overall efficiency.
With longer battery life, improved performance, and an unmatched level of durability, the G2mk3 empowers users to stay productive and connected wherever they are. Regardless of the environment or conditions, the AI-enabled G2mk3 gets the job done.
